Little Richard’s BBQ: Getting Ready for the Holidays

With five barbeque locations in the Triad, Little Richard’s BBQ equates to a name you can trust for great food. After all, they have been a 28-year tradition for the folks of Forsyth County. The name is synonymous with great food, great service, and great atmosphere.

Established by founder Nick Karagiorgis, Little Richard’s operates on three core principles. “First, we serve good, consistent food,” said Nick. “Second, we offer good service. And third, we give our customers a clean place to eat. There’s nothing optional about these three. Getting two out of three isn’t good enough. We want our customers to experience good food, good service, and a clean environment with every visit.”

With that foundation in place, it’s clear why Little Richard’s BBQ has been so popular for almost three decades. As the holidays approach, these principles give families and party planners peace of mind. They know they can trust Little Richard’s BBQ to deliver.

“October may seem early to start planning,” admitted Little Richard’s owner, Stephen Karagiorgis. “But our newest location in Winston-Salem includes two private dining rooms. Because that is the location that includes a full bar and private space, we know those rooms are going to be in demand this holiday season. Whether it’s for a corporate meeting, a family get-together, birthday, or other special occasions—it’s a good idea to reserve the space sooner, rather than later.”

Besides offering private party rooms, Little Richard’s BBQ can come to your next event!  “We offer catering at all five of our locations,” Stephen said. “Whether it’s a large delivery or a full-service catering, we can meet the needs for groups up to 500. Our catering service is very popular between Thanksgiving and Christmas—especially for those who want to get away from the traditional holiday foods and give their guests something a little different.”

And he has a point. As much as we all love that Thanksgiving turkey, after a few holiday meals, everyone’s burned out on it. But Little Richard’s BBQ offers up a great variety of delicious smoked meats daily—from pork barbeque, beef brisket, hickory-smoked sausage, to smoked chicken and ribs. The menu features their signature-smoked meats in everything from traditional plates and trays to salads, wraps, and sandwiches. Served with generous sides, Little Richard’s BBQ offers something for everyone.
