Cover stories are earned based on contracts of at least 12 consecutive months in advertising in a single title. Cover stories book quickly, and the average wait time is 18 months. Covers are not held without a signed contract. You can download our media kit and submit a form here!
By advertising with us! Because we are a free community resource, dependent upon our advertisers’ support, we decided a long time ago to support those who support us. It’s a matter of fairness to our advertising partners who have invested in us, making our magazines possible every month. We do have limited availability for non-profit and/or human-interest articles throughout the year. Click here for more details!
Our calendar of events is free and open to anyone! You can submit an event here. All events are listed on our website. Events received prior to the 10th of the previous month will be published in our print issue (on a first-come-first-served basis…space is limited in print issues).
Our Women on the Move column is free and open to anyone in our community! You can submit yourself or someone you know here! Women on the Move is published in Forsyth Woman, on www.forsythwoman.com as well as on our Forsyth Magazines social media platforms.
Girls’ Night Out is a monthly event that Forsyth Woman has been hosting for 10+ years! Events are at various local restaurants, and we give away tons of door prizes while the restaurant offers food and drink specials. This was *not* designed as a networking event, it’s a designated evening of the month for you to go out with your mom, your sister, your girlfriends and/or your co-workers.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, you’ll receive GNO event reminders a few days before the event! You can also always find out about GNO in Forsyth Woman as well as on Facebook and Instagram.

Hosted at various locations in and around Winston-Salem like Salem Gym & Swim, Hanes Park, TRU Tae Kwon Do and more! KMO events are usually free. We give away door prizes! These events are NOT meant to drop off your child; parents are required to stay.
