Debbie Lavoie-Overbey shares how the team has evolved. “My husband, Bill, and I joined Keller Williams in the beginning of 2018 [the two came from different firms], and the Team was established shortly after we saw our business grow exponentially in 2018. All but one of our current members has been with us since 2019, and we have over 100 years of experience among us.”
Bill and Debbie insist the team’s major “secret weapon” for success is how much they learn from, and grow right along with, each other, and share insights based on their very distinctive backgrounds.
“We bring it all back to the Team,” she says. “It truly is a supportive environment, where everyone succeeds together.”
She explains how they attend every inspection, and every consultation for repairs, bids, etc.—with a Team motto: “never leave a client wondering!”—and how they continue to care and communicate with clients long after the sale of their home, often attending family events, such as weddings and baby showers. “The area we serve is vast,” says Debbie. “We have agents from Greensboro to Concord, to Yadkinville, to Stone Mountain, and throughout Stokes and Forsyth counties.”
Experts in first-time home buying and residential sales, Bill is also a licensed surveyor and registered forester—with over 30 years of experience in not only residential real estate, but also subdivision development, assessing land tracts, and timber valuation. For Debbie, real estate is not only her career, but also her passion, and her impeccable standards of client care take center stage all throughout the process. Her experience in residential, land, small farms, investment property and property management is the key to making her clients’ goals a reality!

Bob Merritt offers a tenured background with 28 years in the real estate market, while Brent Moser, born and raised in Winston-Salem, is one of its biggest advocates, and is now serving on the board of the Ardmore Neighborhood Association.
