For over 17 years, husband/wife team Andrew and Kelly Lael have worked together as a general contractor/interior designer dynamic-duo power-couple. Operating as Lael Building Group since 2011, the Laels recently re-branded their business to better reflect who they are—Lael Homes.
“Our new name is so much more reflective of our business,” said Kelly. “It’s our name attached to what we do—we work on homes. Andrew and I believe that everyone should have a home they love. It’s such a deeply personal matter, and we want to help people fall in love with where they live.”
While the Laels are adept at custom-built homes (Andrew has built over 300!), they also specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, home additions, and overall remodeling work. “We have worked with so many families who either need to tweak their home’s footprint, or adapt things so they can age in place,” said Kelly. “Whatever the purpose of our project, the goal is to create a space that works for a family’s lifestyle and showcases their individuality.”

Kitchens are called the “heart of the home” for good reason. Kelly shared, “We believe that a bathroom should have functional design while adding to a home’s value. Depending on which bathroom of the home, storage is a consideration as well as safety.”

More often than not, most of our clients’ only regret about a home addition or remodel is that they didn’t start the project earlier.”
