At ICON Custom Builders, communication is key, and as such, they have a unique team that includes an in-house architect, in-house carpenter, project managers, and designer. “We each bring our own expertise to the business,” Katherine shared. “For instance, in my role, I serve as a liaison between the company and the clients—offering design service, of course, but also ensuring their comfort and happiness through the process. I help guide them and facilitate decisions that work for their personal style and the direction of the décor.”
“Additionally, we have our project managers on job sites every day, serving as the orchestra conductors to make sure everything comes together in a timely fashion with detailed attention to quality throughout the process. Everything about this team is fluid, and I’m so thankful to be a part of it.
