Designers Amanda and McKenna are both passionate about the work that they do and see it as more than just a job; it’s a lifestyle. Everyone wants a beautiful kitchen, even if they don’t use it to cook. The kitchen is the center of your home, and the designers at G.W. Smith’s Kitchen Studio know the importance of creating a beautiful, yet functional, space for entertaining and living. When asked what she enjoys most about the design process at the G.W. Smith Kitchen Studio, McKenna said, “I love getting to help our customers get a kitchen they actually want to spend time in. It can be so overwhelming for homeowners to navigate different products on their own, I like to help customers as much as possible to simplify the selection process and keep the design work fun and exciting on each project. When customers tell me at the end of a meeting that it was so much easier than they thought it would be, I know I’ve done my job well. This business is all about helping our customers get something they will truly love.”

The design process that G.W. Smith’s Kitchen Studio provides is unique to each client.

Starting with a meeting to discuss your vision for the project, a designer will meet you at the showroom or at the project location to discuss all the ins and outs of what you are looking for and what your budget looks like. You will then receive your free project estimate. The designer will meet you at the showroom to review floorplans, discuss budget and tweak the design to perfectly fit your needs. When you have given your approval on the layout and product selections, they will schedule an on-site appointment to verify details and measurements and make sure the layout fits the space the homeowner has before ordering cabinetry. Once ordered, your products will be delivered onsite for installation, with the kitchen layout provided by your designer. After that, the only thing left to do is enjoy your kitchen.
