A quick drive from Winston-Salem sits the small town of Lewisville, where the Forsyth County Lewisville Library Branch is located. Built in 2007, this spacious library has a ton of amenities and learning opportunities.
The high ceilings amplify the gorgeous space, and there is no shortage of computers, comfortable seating and kids’ activities.
From Toddlers to Teens: A Spot for Everyone
While all the libraries have great spaces for children, this one truly set a high bar. There are separate little desk areas in which to color and play as well as multiple computers.
They have an entire bookcase filled with toys, from a Little People toy garbage truck to wooden puzzles. There is even a little toy shopping cart to push around with various toy fruits to put into it.
If you have teenage children, in the main area of the library there is a teens’ section with books and seating.

Thoughtfully Curated Haven for Adults
Outside of the many, many books for adults, there are also shelves with puzzles and plenty of tables at which to put them together. They also have an entire row of DVDs available for rent.
One of the best features in the main part of the library is the huge window and seating area. It’s the perfect spot to read a book or work on your laptop.
Rooms Ready for Meetings, Moments and More
This library is filled with plenty of spaces you can book for events for work or community gatherings. They have a large auditorium that fits up to 129 people, a multi-purpose room that fits up to 36 and a story time room that fits up to 62 people.
If you need a quieter space to work or study or work on a group project, they have two separate study rooms available. One seats four people, and the other seats up to six people.
