Stefanie Lyons is the graphic designer for Forsyth Woman. She grew up in Winston-Salem, earned her bachelor’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and lived in Myrtle Beach for 10 years before moving to Pfafftown. She and her husband, Ricky, were married in 2003. They welcomed daughter, Sydney, in 2008 and son, Connor, in 2012. In addition to graphic design, Stefanie is a fitness instructor and ACE certified personal trainer. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, running, being outdoors and spending time with her family and four rescue pets — dogs, Sonny and Scout, and cats, Nala and Niko. Stefanie also loves to try new things, especially if they are thrilling and adventurous like skydiving, ziplining through the mountains and taking on every roller coaster she can find!
