The popular Footprints to Kindergarten Camp returns for another exciting season! This specialized program prepares rising kindergartners for school success through dedicated classroom activities, including circle time, developmental play, arts and crafts, story time, and social-emotional learning. Your future kindergartner will enjoy both full-day and half-day field trips aligned with weekly themes.
For children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, our dedicated on-site Summer Enrichment Camp provides specialized support and engaging activities tailored to their unique needs.
Camp runs from June 2 through August 1, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The all-inclusive weekly rate of $200 covers camp supplies, field trips, and snacks. Choose your preferred weeks at any of our three convenient locations: Jefferson Elementary and Whitaker Elementary in Winston-Salem, or our Kernersville location.

Step into a world of inclusive summer fun at the Helen and Woody Clinard Center for Thriving Families! Our specialized summer camp provides a unique experience for children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, creating an environment where every child can thrive.
Our highly qualified staff excels in creating a safe, nurturing space where children are encouraged to embrace their authentic selves and share their unique gifts with peers. This inclusive environment fosters meaningful friendships, builds self-confidence, and celebrates both differences and similarities among campers.
Each day brings new opportunities for discovery as imaginations soar and friendships grow. Through our expertly designed curriculum, children engage in activities that spark critical thinking and problem-solving skills while creating lasting memories. Creative play and teamwork form the foundation of our approach to developing essential social and emotional skills.
Our dedicated teachers bring each themed week to life through interactive, engaging activities, including circle time, developmental play, arts and crafts, story time, and social-emotional learning activities.
From June 2 through August 1, our camp operates Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., providing the flexibility working families need. At $200 per week, our all-inclusive rate covers camp supplies and snacks. The Exceptional Camp will be held on-site at Imprints Cares’ brand-new Helen and Woody Clinard Center for Thriving Families, located at 711 Coliseum Plaza Court in Winston-Salem.
