Women Who Care was founded in 2013 as a non-profit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to improving the lives of families and their children in the Clemmons and Lewisville communities. Currently, Women Who Care is organized as a 501(c)(3) and is an agency fund of the Clemmons Community Foundation. Our mission statement emphasizes the effectiveness of women in accomplishing community goals: Women Who Care promotes social change by harnessing the collective power of women working together to grow philanthropy and distribute grants that expand opportunities to transform the lives of local families and children

Women Who Care encourages the community to visit and to bring friends and neighbors for an eye screening.
