Tony Hartman is a life-long resident of Winston-Salem and President of Triad Home Improvements, Inc. With over 20 years of experience as a home-improvement contractor, he knows how to please his customers. In fact, 95% of his business is by word-of- mouth referrals or from repeat business from existing customers. Why such loyalty?
The answer is simple. Tony values quality as well as customer relationships. His desire is that every customer be 100% satisfied with their experience. He works with each customer to keep the cost within their budget, recommending ideas and suggestions for keeping costs down without compromising quality.
When Tony starts a project, he remains actively involved from beginning to end. His attention to detail and personal relationship with the client insures that the project meets all their expectations. “We are very accommodating and will do whatever it takes to make our customers happy,” he says. You do not have to take Tony’s word for it. Just ask his customers. When John and Betty Earle of Winston-Salem needed their kitchen remodeled, a friend referred them to Tony.
When contacted for this article, Mr. Earle was happy to tell the world about Tony. “He essentially renovated most of our kitchen, including installation of granite countertops, refurbishing the existing cabinets and building additional custom cabinets to match. Tony is very good at visualizing and designing and he has an excellent eye for space and use thereof. He is a combination of an artist and a builder. Our house was built in the mid 50s and we moved into it in the 60s. We had done very little until Tony started the kitchen project. He also put in a beautiful stone backsplash and a decorative stone Rooster medallion on the wall behind the stove. Today, our kitchen looks very different indeed. It is updated and looks much better,” said Mr. Earle. Mr. Earle also said he intends to call Tony when they are ready for another home improvement project.
